Branding Photography for Women Who Hate Having Their Photo Taken

Mel before …

Mel “always hated posing for photos, never knowing how to look, stand etc”.

She was worried about “wanting the pictures to look natural.”

The actual session …

Mel came to the session with her team and from the first few minutes, we were laughing and having fun together.

How did she feel?

“Amazing, supported, encouraged.”

The result …

Since the session, the branding portraits have been used across her website, business cards, email signatures, LinkedIn and in presentations.

The images created a more polished and professional presence across her business and personal brand.

The change …

While getting in front of the camera still doesn’t feel completely natural yet, the experience helped build more confidence and comfort than before.

Most importantly, the images helped elevate the professionalism of the business while still feeling genuine and approachable.

From Kirri

I love working with all women teams. There is something about the lovely support they show each other.

Working with Mel’s team was so much fun, and I loved bring the spirit of the business into the professional images. Mel told me the other day that she had a cold call from a Google search simply because the images on her website spoke to the client.

She also gets so many lovely comments about her business card with her picture on it. The combination of teaching confidence, elevating their business and giving them portraits that feel like them … love it!
