I am not a fan of people standing in
front of a white wall. It looks like all you need are height lines and it is a mug shot! I prefer to take a head shot image that will make you stand out.

I will always do more than one option for you.

I will take some images of you on a plain background. These are great for websites.

However, I will also do images outside, in the sun light with a stunning colourful background. These images are best for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Especially LinkedIn. In a sea of headshots on a white background, a colourful background will be noticed … your eyes are drawn to it. You will be noticed!

A professional head shot gives you credibility by showing you are a quality business professional.

To confirm your date, we require a non-refundable session fee of $165. (Sessions are able to be rescheduled in case of weather or sickness).

Within a few days of your portrait experience, we will get together on zoom where you will be guided through your beautiful gallery of portraits starting with your own personal movie-slideshow.

This is when you will be able to select your favourite portraits from the day - choosing as much or as little as you love (I promise you will love more than you expect!)

Your purchased images will then go to my digital artist for full retouching and artistry to ensure it is perfect for you.

Pricing starts at $175 most professionals tend to invest between $500 and $1,000 on the day.

Concerns?

  • Business life is fast paced and very busy. I get it. A headshot photoshoot only takes about an hour. I have the philosophy of "a quick shoot is a good shoot". People don't like having their photo taken, and I understand that. Most of the shoot time is teaching you how to pose so it feels awkward but looks amazing!

  • Just remember, a head shot is just your head and shoulders. It doesn't have to be too complicated. I generally find lighter colours wash people out. Dark blues/navy looks amazing against skin tones, and wine red also looks fantastic. The classic black/white actually doesn't do you any favours. Bring lots of options with you. Jackets, tops and shirts and we will get a mixture of images that you can choose from.

  • If your last head shot was more than 5 years ago, was taken on a phone, or you had different hair colour/style, then you need a new head shot. I promise it doesn't hurt.

  • Yes, there are apps that can do that for you. Have you noticed though that every shot generated has the same expression? And it is one step up from resting b*tch face? You have personality. You need to show it. Only a realy photo can show the spark in your eyes.

  • Rest assured, I've got you covered! With specialized knowledge in women's posing and prior experience in boudoir shoots, I have the expertise to capture your best angles. Interestingly, feeling comfortable during a photo session might not always result in the most flattering images.

    Before our photoshoot, I offer valuable tips on how to showcase your best self. I discuss these insights before we begin. And here's the best part – every image you purchase undergoes retouching. So, concerns about "double chins" or feeling "unflattering" are easily addressed. Your confidence and radiance shine through in every retouched photo.
